Rytha verarbeitet und speichert alle deine Daten ausschließlich lokal auf deinem Gerät. Es gibt keine Server-Kommunikation, kein Nutzerkonto und keine Synchronisierung über iCloud oder andere Cloud-Dienste. Die App funktioniert vollständig offline.
Rytha processes and stores all of your data only locally on your own device. There is no server communication, no user account and no synchronisation via iCloud or any other cloud service. The app works entirely offline.
Soweit im Rahmen der Nutzung von Rytha personenbezogene Daten ausschließlich lokal auf deinem Gerät verarbeitet werden (z. B. Standortdaten für den astronomischen Kalender oder deine Tagebucheinträge), erfolgt dies auf Grundlage deiner Einwilligung bzw. weil du die jeweilige Funktion aktiv nutzt und aufrufst (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a bzw. lit. b DSGVO). Eine Übermittlung dieser Daten an mich als Entwickler, an Apple oder an Dritte findet nicht statt.
Where personal data is processed while using Rytha – exclusively on your own device, for example location data for the astronomical calendar or your diary entries – this happens on the basis of your consent, or because you actively use and open the feature in question (Art. 6 (1) (a) and (b) GDPR). None of this data is transmitted to me as the developer, to Apple or to third parties.
Für den astronomischen Kalender (z. B. Sonnenauf- und -untergang, Mondphasen an deinem Standort) fragt Rytha optional deinen aktuellen Standort ab. Diese Standortdaten werden ausschließlich lokal auf deinem Gerät zur Berechnung verwendet, nicht dauerhaft gespeichert und nicht an mich, an Apple oder an Dritte übertragen.
For the astronomical calendar – sunrise and sunset, moon phases at your location – Rytha optionally asks for your current location. This location data is used for the calculation only on your own device, is not stored permanently, and is not transmitted to me, to Apple or to third parties.
Wenn du einem Tageseintrag ein Foto hinzufügst, wählst du dieses über die Systemauswahl von iOS aus. Rytha erhält dadurch keinen Zugriff auf deine übrige Fotobibliothek. Das gewählte Bild wird in den geschützten Speicherbereich der App kopiert und verlässt dein Gerät nicht.
When you add a photo to a daily entry, you pick it through the iOS system picker. Rytha therefore gains no access to the rest of your photo library. The selected image is copied into the app's protected storage area and never leaves your device.
Wenn du die optionale App-Sperre aktivierst, erfolgt die Authentifizierung über die systemeigene Biometrie-Funktion deines Geräts (Face ID / Touch ID). Rytha erhält dabei keinerlei Zugriff auf biometrische Daten – die App bekommt von iOS lediglich die Information, ob die Entsperrung erfolgreich war.
If you switch on the optional app lock, authentication is handled by your device's built-in biometrics (Face ID / Touch ID). Rytha gains no access to biometric data whatsoever – iOS only tells the app whether unlocking succeeded.

Diese Daten verlassen dein Gerät nie automatisch. Du kannst sie jederzeit vollständig löschen, indem du die App deinstallierst.
This data never leaves your device automatically. You can delete all of it at any time by removing the app.
Rytha bietet eine Funktion zum Export und zur Wiederherstellung deiner Daten als lokale Backup-Datei. Diese Datei wird nur auf deine ausdrückliche Aktion hin erstellt und liegt vollständig in deiner Kontrolle (z. B. Speicherort in der Dateien-App, Weitergabe per AirDrop oder Ablage in einem Cloud-Speicher deiner Wahl). Ich als Entwickler habe zu keinem Zeitpunkt Zugriff auf diese Datei.
Rytha offers a function to export and restore your data as a local backup file. That file is only created when you explicitly ask for it and remains entirely under your control – where you keep it in the Files app, whether you send it via AirDrop, or store it in a cloud service of your choice. As the developer I never have access to it.
Die optionalen Premium-Funktionen werden über einen In-App-Kauf freigeschaltet. Die Kaufabwicklung erfolgt vollständig über Apples App Store (StoreKit). Ich erhalte dabei keine Zahlungs- oder Kontodaten – diese verbleiben ausschließlich bei Apple.
The optional Premium features are unlocked through an in-app purchase. Payment is handled entirely by Apple's App Store (StoreKit). I receive no payment or account data – it stays with Apple.

Downloading, buying and installing Rytha happens through the Apple App Store. Apple's privacy terms apply to that process and are beyond my influence. You can find more in Apple's privacy policy.
Da Rytha keine personenbezogenen Daten erfasst oder speichert, die über dein eigenes Gerät hinausgehen, entstehen keine Datenschutzrechte, die gegenüber mir als Verantwortlichem geltend gemacht werden müssten (z. B. Auskunft, Löschung, Widerspruch), da schlicht keine Daten bei mir vorliegen.
Because Rytha collects and stores no personal data beyond your own device, there are no data protection rights that would need to be exercised against me as the controller – such as access, deletion or objection – simply because no data about you exists on my side.
Unbeschadet anderweitiger verwaltungsrechtlicher oder gerichtlicher Rechtsbehelfe hast du das Recht auf Beschwerde bei einer Datenschutzaufsichtsbehörde, insbesondere in dem Mitgliedstaat deines gewöhnlichen Aufenthaltsorts, deines Arbeitsplatzes oder des Orts des mutmaßlichen Verstoßes, wenn du der Ansicht bist, dass die Verarbeitung dich betreffender personenbezogener Daten gegen die DSGVO verstößt.
